- Q: "I'm unclear, what is the Look Great Naked Challenge?"

The Look Great Naked Challenge was originally
designed as an in-house program for clients at my studios who were
training one-to-one with my team of personal trainers and coaches.
Many of these clients would come to us terribly out of shape, unfit,
permanently tired and seriously overstressed and we needed a way to get
them into great physical condition... fast!
Our approach was, and continues to be, to initiate a program of aggressive
health building strategies that allow the body to rest, regenerate and
recover whilst at the same time build impressive strength, suppleness,
stamina and muscle tone through a careful blend of supportive exercise
and nutritional strategies.
Over time, ourapproach (Known as The POWER Principles) proved so effective that
demand for our programs outgrew our ability to deliver them and so the
Look Great Naked Challenge was born as a 'distance learning' option
that would allow people from all around the world to benefit.
So far, over 6000 have been through all or part of the program.

Q: "Oh, I thought this was a weight loss program?!"
- A:
I'm probably going to shoot myself in the foot here
by saying it's not a weight loss program but rather, it's an optimal
health program.
Now, before you go running off looking for a program that will help you lose weight, let me clarify something;
The aim of the program is not to help people lose weight... but it has proven amazingly effective at doing so.

In fact, the combination of recovery strategies, nutritional guidance and
exercise has been responsible for some serious results in the weight
loss department with Pop-Idol winner Michelle McManus being my most
famous case at 10 stones weight loss (that's 140lbs) during her time
following the protocols laid down in the program.
That said, we're more about improving health through losing fat rather than just weight.

Q: "I've looked at other internet fitness programs in the past and, frankly, I've never been that impressed. What makes the Look Great Naked Challenge different?"
- A: This is a good question!
You're
right, there are a ton of internet based fitness programs out there and
I'm not going to spend any time comparing this program to any of them.
To do so would be unprofessional and just come across as either
conceited or 'salesy' and you wouldn't believe me anyway.
Instead I'll answer this be re-iterating the points I made above.
This is a health program with a fitness component as opposed to a fitness program with a little health advice thrown in.
Because
of this underlying goal to reassert optimal health in our program
participants, we're able to deliver a program that delivers the full
spectrum of knowledge, skills and abilities required to bring about
long-lasting results in somtimes shockingly fast time frames.
The results often seem miraculous to some people but they're not. They're simply the result of working with
the body rather than against it and this, I believe is the biggest
differentiator of the Look Great Naked Challenge. It takes the age-old
wisdom that we seem to have forgotten and mingles it with cutting-edge
scientific reasearch and creates a very powerful blend of ideas.

- Q: "So, how does the program work?"
- A: Well, it's pretty simple and straightforward really.
Every
single day for 90 days (actually, it's 99 with the preparatory
phase and the 'wind down) you'll recieve an email in your inbox with a
message written by me that'll tell you EXACTLY what you need to do for
that day in order to get the best results from the program.
When I say 'exactly' I mean that you'll get nutritional guidance on what to eat, what not to eat and a stack of recipe ideas and food 'experiments' and assessments as well as advice detailed training plans that tell you what to do and when along with streaming videos of the exercises, printable worksheets, mp3 audio's, and an ever-growing online library of resources such as articles, forums and blogs to assist you through the program.

having at your disposal, every day for 90 days a lifecoach to help you
stay motivated and on track toward your goals, a nutritional advisor to
help you understand your food requirements, a chef to give you recipes
and food preparation ideas and a top-notch exercise coach to give you

- Q: "It sounds pretty 'full on', I'm not sure if I'm ready for that kind of commitment at the moment. Should I start anyway and see how I get on?"
- A: No, if you have to think about it or you're not sure then you're not ready.
You're
right, the program is pretty full on in that it asks you to commit
fully for 90 days. Not 'kinda', not 'sorta', not 'maybe' but fully and
in the right spirit.
You
see, we don't believe in setting people up to fail and the likelihood
of failure is high when you set out without feeling sure about what
you're about to do. If that describes you, then you're better off
skipping the program entirely.
- Q: "Just how much much commitment will it be then?"
- A: Well, the program is built around 2 exercise sessions a day. 1 in the morning and one in the evening.
Each
session is designed to be completed in 15 minutes or less, meaning that
for most of the program you'll be exerciseing 30 minutes a day.
But that's only part of the commitment.
There's
also the dietary aspect, the elimination diet, the water intake and the
sleep, all of which contribute to your results. By 'commitment' we mean
to ALL of these aspects..
- Q: "Thirty minutes a day doesn't sound too bad but I'd rather do it in one go. Is that allowed?"
- A: Not if you're staying with the spirit of the program.
2 x 15 minutes has a much higher metabolic effect than a single 30 min
session and is a major part of the success we're able to achieve for
our clients. Performing a single session really means that you're no
longer on the program as it was intended and if you're not, then why
bother signing up in the first place?
- Q: "Ok, you still haven't put me off... yet! But how much is this going to cost me?"
- A: It's at this point in the proceedings that I'm supposed to go into a
'pitch' and line up a stack of bonuses and time sensitive offers but
that's not my style.
The plain fact of the matter is, I want program participants who want

sensitivity.
